Charles T. Dawson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Harland Clarke Holdings Corp. and CEO of its three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Harland Clarke Corp., Harland Financial Solutions and Scantron. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Clarke American Corp. in April 2005, and joined the Board of Directors of M & F Worldwide in January 2007. In May 2007, upon the merger of Clarke American and John H. Harland, Mr. Dawson was named President and CEO of Harland Clarke Corp. He has more than 30 years of experience in the security printing industry and prior to joining Clarke American in 1992, was the Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain Bank Note. Previous roles at Clarke American were Executive Vice President/General Manager of Partnership Development from February 2003 to April 2005 and Senior Vice President/General Manager of the National Account/Securities/Business Development divisions from July 2000 to February 2003.

Paul G. Savas has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
M & F Worldwide since May 2006 and previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance of M & F Worldwide. He has also been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. and various affiliates since April 2007. He joined MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. in 1994 as Director of Corporate Finance and has had several positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Savas is also a director of SIGA Technologies Inc.

Barry F. Schwartz has been Chief Executive Officer since January 2008, and previously was Acting Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of the Company beginning September 2007 and prior thereto Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Company. He is currently Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Administrative Officer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc., and served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of MacAndrews & Forbes and various affiliates from 1993 to 2007, and Senior Vice President from 1989 to 1993. Mr. Schwartz is also a director of Allied Security Holdings LLC, Revlon Consumer Products Corporation, Revlon, Inc., Scientific Games Corporation and Harland Clarke Holdings Corp.

Stephen G. Taub has been a director of M & F Worldwide since 1998. Mr. Taub became President and Chief Executive Officer of Mafco Worldwide in 1999 and served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Mafco Worldwide from 1993 to 1999. When he was Senior Vice President of Mafco Worldwide, his responsibilities included overseeing its manufacturing, botanical and spice operations, as well as product marketing to the confectionery and pharmaceutical industries in Western Europe. Mr. Taub joined Mafco Worldwide in 1975 as an Industrial Engineer and in 1982 became Vice President of Manufacturing.
